Hand carry is a specialised option for extreme urgency when commercial air cargo cannot meet the vessel clock and the piece is eligible to travel with a passenger under airline rules.
MarineCaddie confirms eligibility first—size, packing, and commodity—because a refused boarding helps no one. Only then do we arrange the escorted movement and the arrival handover.
This is not a default product. We recommend it when the operational cost of delay exceeds the cost of escort, and when safer modes truly cannot win the timeline.
DG, oversized, and restricted items are declined early with alternatives rather than discovered at the gate.
